OperatorsAurelia: Aurelian Navy F-14Ds acquired in 2002 to replace naval F-4s and to counter Leasathian Killdeers. Replaced by R-02Cs in 2024.
Belka: Operated by the Belkan Air Force and Navy until all airframes were confiscated by Osea in 1995. Erusea: FEN F-14As acquired in 1990 to replace aging naval F-4 fleet. 2 airframes transferred to FEAF as aggressors. All airframes upgraded to F-14D(R) in 2008 and indigenously upgraded further to stay in service until 2026. FCU/UU: FCUN/UUN Tomcats acquired in 1971, supplemented by further acquisitions of B, D, and E models. Retired in 2022 in favor of the F-28 Tomcat ASF. Leasath: Killdeer-Bs acquired in 2009; all airframes later lost in combat in 2020. North Point: Limited RAF F-14 acquisition canceled in 1980 in favor of Tornado ADVs. Airframes transferred to the Fleet Air Arm, but proved too heavy for use on RN carriers and were sold for scrap in 1984. Osea: OMDF Tomcats operated from initial F-14A acquisition in 1969 until retirement in 2021. Replaced by F-28 Tomcat ASF. Scofield: SPAN Killdeer-Bs acquired in 1987; seized by the FCU after the Scofield Police Action and sent to Osea for analysis. Sotoa: SIAF Tomcats put into service in 1970, remained in service after the coup in the IRSAF's arsenal until airframe stress forced retirement in 2015. Yuktobania: Widespread use of Killdeer-As and -Bs by both the VVS and AVMF from the 1970s to 2010s. |
VariantsF-14A Tomcat: Initial production version. Further modified by post-revolution Sotoa to mount Eastern hardware including AL-31s, AA-11Bs, and indigenous AIM-23 Skyhawks.
F-14B Tomcat: F-14 upgraded with F110 engines and ground attack capability, also known as F-14A+. F-14C Tomcat: OMDF proposal for upgraded radar and avionics similar to an F-14D but without its IRST dual chinpod. F-14D Super Tomcat: F-14B development with additional avionics and cockpit upgrades. Old airframes upgraded to F-14D standard known as F-14D(R). F-14E Tomcat 21: Final F-14 variant with built-in LANTRIN and airframe modifications. Os-14 Killdeer-A: Initial Yuktobanian copy. Os-14BM Killdeer-B: Yuktobanian copy upgraded to approximate F-14D standard. |
